After cleansing and toning, scoop out an appropriate amount of the soothing gel and vita capsule. Mix them together between your fingertips until the capsule bursts and blends into the gel, then apply evenly to the face and gently pat until absorbed. Use morning and night, followed by sunscreen during the day. For oily skin, use more gel and half a capsule; for dry skin, use one full capsule with the gel. For combination skin, apply the gel to oily areas and the capsule-rich mixture to dry areas.
