Apply at the end of your skincare routine, after cleansing and toner/serum. Remove the film from the bottom half of the mask, align with mouth and smooth onto skin, then remove the film from the top half, align with eyes and smooth on. Leave on for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight, until the hydrogel turns transparent, then remove and pat any remaining essence into skin.
