We are based in Karachi, and we ship nationwide across Pakistan with cash on delivery and bank transfer options.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong or a missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on Instagram (@shopeastasiapk).

Please send:

A full, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel
Photos of the item and the outer packaging
Your order number

Claims without an unboxing video, or reported after 48 hours, can't be accepted.

How we make it right

Once your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost, and our rider will come pick up the wrong item that was delivered to you. If the item is out of stock, we'll refund you by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 7 working days.

Change of mind

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you're unsure whether a product suits your skin or hair, message us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
