Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product is personally sourced in East Asia (Korea, Japan, China and Thailand) and shipped directly to Pakistan.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?

Yes, across Pakistan. Karachi takes 3–6 days and the rest of Pakistan 6–8 working days.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders above Rs 10,000. Below that, delivery is Rs 300 within Karachi and Rs 350 for the rest of Pakistan.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.

Can you get a product you don't stock?

Yes. Send us the product link on our Pre-Order page and we'll reply within 24–48 hours with price and availability.

What if my order arrives damaged, wrong or missing an item?

Message us on Instagram (@shopeastasiapk) within 48 hours of delivery with a full, uncut unboxing video, photos of the item and packaging, and your order number. We'll send a free replacement and our rider will collect the wrong item. If it's out of stock, we refund you within 7 working days by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We can't accept returns for change of mind, for hygiene reasons.
